ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESmay include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures.

Performs duties and support related to account transactions, opening new accounts and client inquiries.

Seeks opportunities to enhance client relationships with additional solutions of value and client relationship retention efforts, engaging business partners as appropriate. Maintains current knowledge of Bank products and services.

Proactively identifies and manages risk in every transaction.

Ensures adherence to Bank and regulatory policies and procedures.

Contributes to the success of the branch by actively engaging in sales campaigns and branch activities.

Uses AmericanWest Way tools and behaviors to drive production and exceptional customer service.
Education and/or
Experience: High school diploma, or equivalent. Six months of cash handling experience preferred. Upon employment, this position will require registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
