Respond to end user support requests Manage work through ticketing system Set up computers, desk phones, and accessories Image computers for use with Staff Install software as requested Perform file retention on turned in equipment Train staff in the use of equipment QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED, basic understanding of technology equipment and how it works.
