SIP Proxy Server, Session, Border Controllero Protocol experience including H.
323, MEGACO, MGCP, SIPo Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementing PBX features, Call Center Featureo Skills on Voice administration, Voice Mail, ISDN PRI's, VoIP, TDM etco Basic knowledge of Firewalls, QoS, NAT, VLAN, DNS, routing, IP addressingo Familiarity with basic Networking like router, switcheso Experience with call recording technology preferred.
o Avaya ACSA, ACSS Certifications preferred, Nortel.
o Problem & Incident Management experience Recommended Skills Administration Call Centers Content Management Dns Firewalls (Computer Science) H.
